To promote a proactive approach to safety, all crew members are expected to conduct thorough risk assessments before commencing any task and promptly report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor. Our policy reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of safety, requiring full compliance from employees at all levels to ensure its successful implementation.
Furthermore, we acknowledge that every crew member has a legal duty to take responsibility for their own health and safety. Through our structured induction and training programs, we instill best practices to uphold safety standards at all times.

Risk assessment and management
Risk assessment and management Apex Crew plays a vital role in event production, handling various manual tasks to ensure smooth operations. Our responsibilities include the safe movement, loading, and unloading of equipment, as well as assisting with staging, set construction, and technical installations. Crew members are expected to follow best practices for manual handling, workplace safety, and risk assessment at all times.
For specialized tasks such as operating MEWPs, forklift driving, or AV setup, only trained and approved personnel will be assigned. We prioritize safety through careful planning and adherence to risk management procedures.
